All employees, whether part-time, full-time or temporary, will be treated fairly and with respect. Selection for employment, promotion, training or any other benefit will be on the basis of aptitude and ability. All employees will be helped and encouraged to develop their full potential and the talents and resources of the workforce will be fully utilised to maximise the efficiency of the organisation.

It does not form part of the candidate’s application and will be detached from it on receipt and stored separately.
Our staff are from a diverse background and we regularly capture Diversity data and supply an annual report to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, however, due to Data Protection reasons as a result the size of our company, we are currently unable to publish our report online.
